I had my car undercoated by John a year and a half ago and he did a wonderful job. I got an accident recently and had to get a new car and I took my car back to John and once again he did a magnificent job. Go to john for all your undercoat needs. I credit John for giving me so much back from the insurance company because my car looked brand new underneath even at 100,000 miles because I use my car for work. Chelsea is also awesome!!!!!

If you want to protect your vehicle from harsh NY weather and road chemicals, you should definitely choose Protech Undercoating & Solutions! John and Chelsea provide a level of skill and service you will not find with other companies. My husband and I have now trusted them to do both undercoatings and ceramic coatings on our vehicles and we have always had very positive experiences. Chelsea is an absolute pleasure to work with for everything from setting up appointments to fielding any questions you may have. John is not only the best at what he does, he goes above and beyond to treat your vehicle as if it were his own. He takes the time to meticulously clean everything before starting, applies both undercoatings and ceramic coatings with perfection, and then cleans and shines everything again. I could not be happier with Protech Undercoating & Solutions!

A+! This place has been great. I was looking to switch to WoolWax and found Protech. John is impressively thorough with not only the undercoating but also properly cleaning those hard to reach places first. This winter has put it to the test and it’s holding up well on both of our vehicles. We also had a ceramic coat applied to my wife’s new vehicle and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. I’ll be taking my truck back in for a ceramic coating soon!

Late this past year, I searched for a shop to undercoat my new 2025 Ram truck. I talked to several places and then came across Protech. I called and after talking with John, who took the time to explain the process in detail, I knew this was the place to go. I had a friend drop the truck off and when it was finished, I went and picked it up. I was taken back at how clean and organized his shop was. I had the opportunity to talk with John and Chelsey, and see how passionate they are for their work. This past July I took my truck back to Protech to have it ceramic coated. When I dropped it off, John was kind enough to take me to the airport to catch my flight. Unfortunately, when it was finished, I wasn’t able to pick the truck up, but had a friend go and get it. He sent me messages on how pristine it looked. I had no doubt it was going to look amazing, but I was blown away once I saw it in person. John did an amazing job with the ceramic coating. His passion and attention to detail is second to none! Thanks again to John and Chelsey for not only your great customer service, but also a new friendship. I couldn’t recommend you enough!!
